Terms of Service (TOS)
Please read through the terms of service below before ordering a commission. By placing an order you are agreeing to the terms of service.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Please review these terms carefully to understand the process, expectations, and policies involved.

-
Pose & Composition: Clients may provide specific pose and composition requests along with references or detailed descriptions. If no specific instructions are provided, the pose and composition will be determined by the artist. Clients are encouraged to offer clear, descriptive ideas. Overly extensive submissions may result in the request being declined.
-
NSFW Requests: NSFW content is available following the guidelines below. Please note that NSFW requests will incur an additional cost.
-
Work-in-Progress (WIP): WIP images are provided only at the sketch and basic coloring stages to facilitate revisions. Each stage includes up to 2 revisions; no further revisions will be available after these stages unless additional fees are arranged.
-
Style Customization: Artwork style can be tailored to a certain degree based on client requests, unless the commission specifies a set art style.
-
Character Design Requests: Must adhere to the provided guidelines. A rough sketch will be shared for approval before finalizing the design, and the remaining balance must be paid upon approval.
-
Additional Revisions: Any revisions beyond those included or more extensive changes may incur extra fees.
-
Rights to Decline: Zon reserves the right to decline any request that does not align with their policies or artistic direction.
WORK-IN-PROGRESS (WIP)
-
For complex character design or clean-shaded commissions, WIPs may be sent at key progress stages to ensure alignment with client expectations. If additional clarification is needed, Zon will reach out via email or direct messages to maintain proper understanding.
-
Once the client approves the final design or artwork, it is considered final and non-refundable. Excessive revision requests may incur additional charges or result in the commission being declined.
-
DO NOT edit or alter the final artwork in any way, including color filters or AI modifications.
-
If a detail was omitted due to miscommunication, a minor revision may be done free of charge.
-
Major revisions (e.g., pose changes, adding new elements, significant color alterations) require an additional fee depending on complexity.
-
Revisions will not normally be available after final approval.
PAYMENTS
-
Payments must be made through the designated platform.
-
Payment must be completed before any work begins to secure the commission slot.
-
Partial payments are accepted for larger commissions, but at least 50% must be paid upfront with the remaining cost paid before final rendering and completion.
DEADLINES & DELIVERY
-
Commissions are handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
-
Completion time varies depending on complexity, but standard turnaround time is within 30 days.
-
If additional time is required, clients will be informed in advance.
-
Finished artworks are delivered via email or the preferred contact method in 300dpi resolution for the highest quality.
